Area Manager Operation Pellet Plant- II TSK - Responsible for monitoring and implementation of daily management and policy management, applicable for Pellet Plant operations. - Manage teams within the Pellet plant deployed in multiple shifts to ensure the effective and timely manufacturing of quality products round the clock. - Impart training and develop employees for effective operation of process and equipment. Ensure uninterrupted supply of product from the relevant processes with desired output quality to the internal customer. - Drive productivity, cost, quality initiative through improvement projects to solve perennial issues pertaining to Pellet Plant. Ensure stakeholders environment, health and safety.
