1. Draft the City expansion plan with P&Ls - (city, format, timeline) to be integrated into the National store expansion plan
2. Work on City P&L forecast (Sales days, Topline, Occupancy cost, Capex and utilities)
3. Negotiate properties found suitable as per Site feasiblity studies presented by Asst. Manager
4. Plan the visit with Leadership team for new site review
5. Present the finalised site for approval to the internal Property Committee
6. Track the property pipeline for opening, highlight delays, create backup plan
7. Assist in closing the Design management process w.r.t. design and project queries
8. Negotiate the key terms of Legal and Licensing contracts in Agreement
9. Work on Re-negotiation / Shut down of non-performing stores
10. Ensure key changes in Store Development process are rolled out into Regional expansion plans
11. Network with key Developers and Brokers to source Real estate
12. Maintain excellent relationships with key Landlord and Developers
13. Maintain track of rental trends, recent real estate deals in Region
