Job Mission : - Tata Starbucks considers loyalty program, data analytics &amp; CRM insights core to driving its business in India and across the world. Job Summary : - This role will require assisting in successfully managing My Starbucks Rewards loyalty program, platform extensions - the Mobile App being a key platform and digital/ technological enhancements for India market. Summary of Key Responsibilities : Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following : - Support the Loyalty &amp; CRM vertical - CRM and Loyalty : i. Manage and execute annual Loyalty &amp; CRM calendar ii. Manage all front and back-end systems and vendors for all promotional updates on timely basis with cross functional stakeholders internally and externally - including Mobile App and Website iii. Manage agencies &amp; coordinate all in-store and digital creative campaign implementation related to CRM and Loyalty iv. Co-ordinate with CRM agency to drive CRM tactical campaigns to manage customer relationship and retention v. Ensure roll out of timely email/SMS marketing communication to loyalty customers vi. Liaison with relevant teams to ensure Communication to Stores for relevant promotions connected to Loyalty &amp; CRM - Technology : i. Manage end to end mobile app platform, including co-ordination with IT partner for development and change requests ii. Understand and build the system capabilities from card and mobile tactics iii. Conduct UAT for tactical promotions iv. Ability to leverage technology based solution and plot frictionless UX and UI for loyalty platform extensions - Project Management : i. Co-ordinate with US and Asia Pacific teams to align and update on on-going promotions ii. Liaise with IT and other technology partners/agencies to ensure successful execution of Loyalty program &amp; CRM - Data : i. Understand Data and Insights and Share relevant reports on a timely basis - Benchmarking : i. Competitive scanning and reporting in the technology and loyalty space Qualifications : Required knowledge, skills and abilities : - MBA with specialization in Marketing, Business (Preferred) - Understanding of technology driven business solutions and analytics - Preferable to have SAP operating skills - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint - At least 3-4 years prior experience in driving business solution through technology and data analytics - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously - Proven organizational skills; great attention to detail and expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects - Strong interpersonal skills; enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build relationships - Good communication skills; both written &amp; verbal
