Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Driving corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's interests in Southern Region

2. Represent the company in different forums for favorable orders and resolution of cases

3. Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities

4. Maintaining proper corporate interactions proactively with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies and legislatures

5. Anticipate and plan for all legal risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks

Exposure Required:

1. Overview of Power Business

2. Hands-on experience in a Power/Infrastructure Industry on all Legal Matters

3. Should have the knowledge of all related case laws and should keep updated with all the developments in the related subjects
