Tata Power - Lead - Corporate Insurance

This role is responsible for identifying and quantifying the risks and transferring the risk through insurance products with a key objective of cost optimization while also taking into account the adequacy of coverage

1. Business Partnering to proactively mitigating business risks through possible Insurance products

2. Responsible for managing insurance claims of asset, assessing the extent of damages and negotiating settlements

3. Processing employee insurance claims and providing necessary support to employees

4. Handling policy renewals and cancellation

5. Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies

6. Preparing reports and analyzing data related to insurance policies, claims and employee satisfaction

7. Provide support in risk inspection and valuation of assets

8. Accounting of premium and claims in SAP

9. Developing business strategy for insurance department and provide holistic solutions

10. Drive for automation of process & MIS
