Head - Learning & Knowledge Management - The position is based out of Mumbai and will be part of D&IT (Digitalization & Information Technology), tasked with improving the data science and AI/ML capabilities and delivery excellence that guides decision-making across Clusters (Generation, Renewables, Transmission & Distribution, NBS etc.) and Corporate Functions (Finance, HR etc.). - We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Learning and Knowledge Management in Analytics and Digitization to lead the development and implementation of our Digital Academy, it's curriculum, and learning paths to enhance adoption of analytics across the organization. - The candidate will be responsible for defining competencies, learning channels, and career progression maps. - The candidate will ensure periodic competency assessments and create a knowledge management system for disseminating learnings from projects undertaken and delivered for business impact. - The candidate will also undertake showcasing of analytics projects to create awareness across the organization. - Tata Power with its competitive edge of resources is playing a key role in the transformation process and aims to emerge as a most admired integrated Power and Energy company. - We at Tata Power believe that investment in people and their potential is one of the greatest investments we can make. You'll spend time on the following : - Develop and implement Digital Academy strategy and curriculum to enhance adoption of analytics across the organization. - Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for analytics and digitization, including learning paths that cater to different levels of experience. - Define competencies required for each role, and identify learning channels that align with the organization's objectives. - Enable roles such as Data Steward, Data Translator, Data Champion, Data Expert etc. through Digital Academy - Develop and implement career progression maps for employees interested in pursuing a career in analytics and digitization. - Conduct periodic competency assessments to identify skills gaps and provide targeted training programs. - Develop and implement a knowledge management system for disseminating learnings from projects undertaken and delivered for business impact. - Responsible for designing and updating online content for Analytics in Gyankosh - Undertake showcasing of analytics projects to create awareness across the organization and foster a culture of learning and innovation. - Work with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and design training programs that address these needs. - Responsible for creating a pipeline of nominations for various analytics courses from various Clusters/Functions. - Develop, implement, reinvent all learning and development processes involved like nominations, selection, certification, progression etc. - Develop and implement an analytics communication plan to enhance adoption and usage of analytics across the organization. We're excited if you have : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Masters/advanced degree preferred. - 10+ years of experience in learning and knowledge management, with a focus on analytics and digitization. - Teaching and learning program management experience is a must - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience around the learning topics such as Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Python, NLP, Power BI, RPA, Cloud, Image analytics etc. - Experience in partner evaluation and partner management like UNext, UpGrad, Linkedin etc. - Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Experience with developing and implementing training programs and curricula. - Experience with developing career progression maps and competencies for different roles. - Experience with developing and implementing knowledge management systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. - Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
