Head Forex Management Exposure Required : - Hedging of forex and interest rate exposures with banks and use of various instruments - Commodity hedging exposure preferred (not must) - Responsibility for overall Hedging process - Knowledge of Hedge Accounting - RBI and standard forex related Compliances - Exposure to ERP systems for hedging preferred Skills: Forex & Commodity Risk Management Key Deliverables : - Understanding nature of exposures on forex, interest and commodity and devising effective hedging strategy for these exposures - Develop appropriate analysis of the exposure portfolio to help FRMC and board to quantify risks and efficacy of mitigation measures - Benchmark hedging processes to identify operational improvements in hedging process and ensure that all exposures are mapped fully and hedged as per appropriate hedging strategy - Implement automation and digitization of hedging processes - Relationship management with banks, brokers and internal business customers to deliver efficient hedging as per approved strategy - Prepare presentations for committee and boards - Support businesses in developing assumptions on hedging for budgeting and bidding purpose
