TATA Motors has India's largest network of commercial & passenger vehicles and associated environments like Dealership, distributor, Service centers etc. TML IT is responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining information systems for this network. The information systems deployed today consists of a combination of enterprise applications like Siebel CRM and a number of custom-built digital applications in use by more than 15,000 users. This position will be working as a part of the IT Ops Team (Region- West) which will act as a catalyst between the IT Delivery and Business. This position will be responsible for identifying, defining and developing business value-adding relationships with Business teams & Channel partners to ensure fulfillment of IT requirements at BU by working cohesively with the IT Delivery Teams. This position will actively be delivering CRM & DMS, Portal, Analytics services and building relationships with business leaders at various levels in the corporate environment, extending into the regions, channel partners, distributors and the entire ecosystem on behalf of TATA Motors IT.
