Job Responsibilities :
Handling Fleetman and Skoolman service delivery for the assigned region :
- Process implementation and adherence at Dealerships
- Field Roll out of new Telematics applications
- Increasing Customer usage of Telematics
- Dealer and Customer training and product feedback
- Handling backend support including activation and complaint resolution
- Ensuring targeted up time and customer satisfaction levels
Technical/ Functional competencies :
- Technical competence, knowledge of Automotive electrical/electronic systems preferred
- Customer centric approach, Experience in Customer service functions preferred
- Strong process/system orientation
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech
