Job Responsibilities:

(PIP) Performance Improvement Plan :

a) Share regular guidelines / help documents.

b) Share regular MIS on completion status

c) Highlight On/Off track status through regular reports

d) Share LTF updates regarding Exits on account of double CNI (Contribution needs improvement )/ Off track.

e) Extend required process related support to various stakeholders in situations of delay in initiation of PIP, difficult exits etc.

In order to support PIP process effectively.

Implementation and support of online PMS System:

a) Partner with the IT team to facilitate IT implementation of PMS & PIP in phases: (i) Goal Setting (ii) Mid term (iii) Final Appraisal & Normalization

b) Make appropriate tweaks in the system considering inputs from stakeholders, PDCA(Plan-do-check-act) etc. In order to ensure smooth implementation and use of PMS system

One PMS Philosophy:

a) Post process implementation, monitor that necessary IT system is implemented

b) Monitor & co-ordinate continuous IT support is availability for smooth operation of the system

In order to have One PMS philosophy

HR Normalization:

a) Centralize master data creation for the entire HR team

b) Prepare and publish HR PACs(Performance Apex committee)

c) Collect first cut data from HR Heads for analysis

d) Support the HR leaders till the final curve is met

In order to ensure glitch free normalization process

Monitor PMS process implementation across locations:

a) Share guidelines on central initiatives, help documents and regular MIS completion status with various stakeholders.

b) Anchor the Mid year EG promotion cycle

c) Co-ordinate for appraisal letter distribution.

d) Liaison with the Learning team & TTL(Tata Technologies) to capture and share back the Learning data from the PMS system.

In order to ensure that process implementation happens smoothly.

Support PMS Events / Projects / Initiatives:

a) Send promotion cards to families of promoted employees

b) Conduct PMS Meet

c) Conduct PMS Inductions / workshops

d) Check rating access in SAP

e) Conduct Benchmark exercise for process improvements

f) Conduct PMS analytics on request basis.

Technical/ Functional competencies:

1) Basic usage of SAP - downloading reports etc.

2) Domain knowledge of PMS

3) Comfortable working with HRIS systems

4) Influencing skills
