Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Communication :

- Craft the positioning & communication strategy for the brands in association with the creative agency partners, execute the strategy with media partners and event / BTL agency partners, regularly monitor the execution, evaluate the performance and take corrective action whenever required

- Collaborate with the product marketing and market research teams for getting inputs on product and customer insights to develop the communication strategy

- Co-ordinate with customer care function to resolve customer complaints received through digital media

- Co-ordination with customer experience & retail marketing functions to plan and implement various campaigns keeping the overall strategy in mind

- Evaluate and finalize media plans incl digital for various brands and evaluate associations for various properties

- Discuss and control the brand FME budgets given by management and ensure that it is optimum utilised

- Preparing creative briefs and getting them executed by the agencies, with inputs at various stages

- Craft brand strategy for new products launches along with all stakeholders and drive team to execute Go To Market strategy

- Collaborate with digital team to evaluate brands performance on digital media and accordingly craft digital communication plans and get them executed by the agencies

- Co-ordination with media agencies and partners for fulfilling vehicle requirements for integrations and associations

- In association with shared services team, budget the campaigns and facilitate vendor and agency payments

- Analyze the efficiency and return on campaigns at a micro level and adapt the campaigns accordingly to maintain profitability

- Contribute to the development of training content and collaterals for new products

In order to communicate with the market which creates and sustains demand & preference for the respective brands and also helps to shorten the sales cycle leading to brand awareness, need for the brand and enhance action from the customers which result in sales.
