Position Summary:
Be the brand ambassador of Tata Motors at premier campuses and efficiently manage the campus relationships which involves campus connect, hiring, campus program management in alignment with organizational objectives
Drive employer brand initiatives
Job Responsibilities:
Campus Relations & Campus Program Management:
- Plan, design and execute the campus recruitment strategy of the company
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with campuses on behalf of the company and enhance the TML brand on campuses
- Partner with the placement committees and key stakeholders to meet both current and future organizational needs for resources, optimize recruitment flow, hiring event planning and execution, drive engagements and partnerships with campuses
- Design and execute best in class on-boarding and assimilation processes that support engagement and retention of new hires from the campuses
- Provide strategic recruitment expertise by staying abreast with best practices in the industry and competitive benchmarking to identify and address the emerging needs of the business and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
- Build industry-institute partnerships via internships, guest lectures, key engagement initiatives
- Interface with other HR COEs & business HR partners for various initiatives
- Measure and analyze key metrics around campus recruitment and engagement initiatives
Employer Branding & Social Media :
- Design & develop employer brand strategy in collaboration with the COE
- Execute the strategy and initiatives to create a compelling employer brand in the market
- Proactively propose and develop innovative actions in coordination with internal corporate communications teams and marketing teams to support brand awareness beyond advertising
- Digital & social media channel oversight, implementation, and maintenance- build, launch, monitor,maintain, and evaluate performance for all social media channels and update the channels
General :
- Think strategically and develop programs and processes with minimal direction
- Manage the budgets
- Build collaborative relationships with all internal and external stakeholders (E.g. COEs, CDCs, BHRs internally and campuses externally)
