Aesthetic Quality (DTC)

Job Responsibilities :

- Ensuring & improving the Aesthetic quality of vehicles across fleet.

- Managing communications with DTC Officials & Service Provider

- Ensuring the quality during body preparation of vehicles

- Taking care of accident repairs of vehicles

- Managing interface between depot & parts team in order to expedite accident repairs

- Conducting audits across depots for ensuring the quality of accident repairs

- Conducting frequent surveys of vehicles & followups in order to restore vehicles close to OE

Technical/ Functional competencies :

- Working knowledge of Painting of vehicles

Educational qualifications :

- Engineering Graduate ( BE / B.Tech / Diploma ) in mechanical, electrical, electronics, automotive, chemical or paint discipline
