Senior Manager F&A - Steel Trading

- To support the strategic intent of the business through management of MIS, financial reporting, management reporting and other control functions.

- Support the development of short / medium / long term business plans

- Help create and drive annual business plans & budgets though generation and analysis of requisite MIS. Prepare, consolidate and review monthly MIS.

- Support General Ledger review, balance sheet proofing, PL (variance) analysis and other adhoc requirements as required by the business.

- Reinforce and establish a robust budgeting and financial reporting process (control and run all financial MIS) to enable the leadership team to take better and timely decisions.

- Critically evaluate the performance of various business units through an analysis of profitability, top-line growth, cost control, etc.

- Supporting the Business head for decision making and planning through an in-depth analysis of key drivers of the business.

- Managing Accounts Finalization and Audits

- Maintain an optimum talent level in the team through engagement and retention.

- Ensuring statutory compliances, oversee accounts / audit finalization.

- Comply with external information requests / needs (Presentations to the Board / BCM decks).
