Key responsibilities : - Managing accounting and controllership functions for the Distribution business based in Africa. - This position is responsible for working on book closing and month end activities, accounts finalization, consolidation, MIS, General ledger review, balance sheet proofing, PL (variance) analysis, year end financial pack, audit support, stake holder management and other adhoc support activities as required by the business - Supervising AP and AR activities for the business Desired profile : - CA with exposure to IGAAP &amp; IFRS in his/her current role. An ideal candidate would be an candidate currently leading a 2-5 member team and supervising processing of transactional activities and individually performing account reconciliations, general ledger review, balance sheet proofing, variance analysis. - This will be the blend of Individual contributor (70%) as well as Team Lead (30%) role. Prior experience of working in Navision ERP is preferable/desired Education &amp; work experience : - CA with 6-8 years of work experience, preferably exposed to global shared services.
