Job Purpose : Responsible for financial reporting for Standalone and consolidated accounts

Department : Corporate Accounts, Corporate, Mumbai

Level/ Band : L2 - Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Standalone financial statements - Limited Review and Annual Financial statements.

- Preparation of financials for TIL India and getting it audited and Board approval. Variance analysis and preparation of Audit Committee Presentation.

- Initiation of new projects and automation

- Statutory reports related to company accounts and filing of accounts

- Support Cost audit requirements and ensure completion and Board approval

- ODI filing and other FEMA compliances and other compliances for TIL India

- Consol financials - RPT and elimination workings, Investment and Borrowing annexures and FA schedule and other areas as assigned

- Conduct review and updates of Accounting manuals for all business verticals for incorporating changes on account of Accounting Standards or any other laws

Desired Profile : Experience of 8-9 years post qualification with strong Accounting Knowledge

Educational Qualifications : Chartered Accountant
