Job Purpose:

In this role, he/she will support the Corporate HR function to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This work includes, but is not limited to, managing the Performance Management program and the Rewards and Recognition program for Tata International (TIL) globally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The incumbent will be responsible for end to end Managing the Performance Management system at TIL

2. Work with Business HR, line managers and employees to set goals in line with the organization

3. Take ownership of the rewards & recognition process

4. Partner with the business on continuously getting feedback on strengthening the current process and deliver on getting better productivity

5. Liaison with the Talent Management team to ensure smooth flow of data from the PMS discussion to further development discussion

6. Custodian of the performance & recognition data of all employees

7. Manage the ongoing reports required to run the system

8. Manage the HRMS system for the concerned module

9. Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, and employee experience

10. Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources-related matters, and keep the policies and procedures updated and relevant (SOP)

11. Ensuring robust processes are followed

12. Be the window to the outside world through networking and benchmarking

13. Responsible for engagement and communication

Desired Profile:

- Must have experience in managing the performance management system or have worked as a Business HR across all aspects of the employee life cycle.

- High level of business orientation and understanding. Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

- Need to have the flexibility to take up projects and work with the team

- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation
