Tata International - Business Analyst - Trading Business

Job Purpose :

Responsible for supporting business head for decision making and planning through an in-depth analysis of key drivers of the business and global economic & trade indicators

Key Responsibilities :

- Support development of business plans and assist in monitoring performance against them to aid the leadership team in decision making

- Develop reports to present performance on key metrices - including customer, supplier, product, market, competition, operations, financial analysis

- Analyze micro and macro-economic factors that impact the business

- Anchor business analytics including data management, automation & reporting

- Champion the process of risk management for ensuring risk free growth

- Carry out and present scenario planning to aid in decision making and planning

- Develop forecasts and insights into global trade based on prevalent geo-political, economic, financial and growth indicators

- Work with business excellence head for developing discussion material for strategic planning process, annual business planning, leadership reviews e.g. BCM, board meetings, quarterly reviews

Educational Qualification & Desired Profile:

Graduate/Post Graduate with 3 - 5 years of experience in Business Analyst kind of role
