Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for managing projects and related tasks in varying HR areas across businesses.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage critical projects within the HR function. The job involved planning, reviewing deployment, reporting and ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage and develop HR projects in the areas (not limited to): hiring, coaching, performance management and assessment, compensation and rewards and recognition
- Actively engage in managing projects or programs and other business initiatives
- Prepare review material on key HR initiatives for leadership reviews
- Drive best practices, promote knowledge sharing and close collaboration within the HR team
- Create and maintain dashboards that provide leadership insight into the HR project portfolio
- Continue to evolve and develop the purpose, engagement, framework, and offerings of the HR projects
