TATA Interactive Systems is looking for a Senior Project Manager to be a key member of its Center of Excellence - Simulations.  JOB DESCRIPTION:  In this role, the Project Manager will design, develop, and manage high quality simulation-based learning solutions for various clients. This role will include performing effective needs analysis, develop innovative ideas, client communication, stakeholder management (internal and external), and act as a liaison between different functional units - graphics, math modeling, technical, instructional design- and work units.   - The candidate should be able successfully manage and motivate the teams and work with delivery units across the company and provide guidance on execution of simulation projects. He/She should be able to manage consulting assignments independently.  Skills:  - Various aspects of Project Management, including, but not limited to requirements analysis, effort and size estimation, project plan development, resource scheduling, activity & WBS planning, delivery milestone planning, quality control planning, vendor management, and client management  - High attention to detail  - Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines  - Understanding of software applications  - Strong understanding of quality control process in a standard software/ e-learning project  - Presentation skills including delivery  - Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with SMEs and clients  - Creative problem solving ability  - Ability to work with multi-functional teams  Should have prior experience and comfortable with developing performance management reports  Preferred Experience:  - Minimum of 8 years- experience in project management and project execution of which at least 2 years should be in managing e-learning projects  - Must have executed a minimum of 10 projects from Kick-off to implementation  - Should have Managed large clients from North America and Europe (preferably fortune 500).  - Minimum 4-5 years- experience in handling offshore clients.  - Working knowledge on PM tools like SAP PS, MS Projects, Primavera, and MS Excel skills  - Should have managed a team with a minimum of 10 members  - Measuring learning effectiveness  - Previous experience of executing Agile projects would be an advantage  - Minimum 3 years experience in Vendor management and handling offshore development  Preferred Education: Tier II MBA  Candidates who can join immediately or within a month, would be preferred
