Role & Responsibility :
- Achieve the sales target for the region
- To establish a network of high level contacts across industries for eLearning domain sales
- Active prospecting for new customers as well as mining of existing customers in publishing
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners
- Attend customer meetings and make presentations in person or virtually
- Maintain an up to date record of customer contact progress through our CRM system
- To ensure client requirements are being met we also expect the individual to
- Coordinate with our global development team on key deliverables
- Participate in key project reviews
- Prepare and review proposals
- Negotiate contractual requirements and pricing
- Coordinate with vertical specialist teams to fine tune the propositions
Desired Competencies :
- Has a network of high level contacts in eLearning
- Understands eLearning industry well
- 5+ years of experience in B2B or consultative sales and account management
- Outgoing personality that enjoys customer interactions and cultivating relationships
