Responsibilities
- Technical responsibility- preparing and delivering training/skilling to students.
- Coordination with training partners for assessment planning and execution
- Understand the training programs from the training partners and build training programs for future trainings at TIIS campuses.
- Coordinate scheduling, testing, evaluation, and certification of trainees
- Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training.
- Create online and offline training materials to augment learning outcomes for trainees.
- Skilled at incorporating new techniques in training and blending different approaches.
- Conduct regular meetings with senior management to identify new programs and industries that we can work with to create more skill-based job opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate/Diploma Engineer, age 30-40, 10-15 years' experience in manufacturing and technical training delivery both Theory & Practice
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
