Key Accountabilities:  - Development, validation, delivery and evaluation of product blends, packaging, communication, Media & PR activities and Ground activation to support ATL.   - Drive geography & SKU mix strategy for sustainable growth. Responsible for Contributory Margin, Brand Health indicators and topline of the brand.  Budget/Revenue Responsibility:  - A&P Spend responsibility ranging from INR 15 - 25 Cr / annum managing a brand of ~ Rs. 100 Cr   Skills/Experience Required:  - 5- 8 years of experience,must have 2- 3 years of premium category sales / channel marketing experience, 2-3 years of brand marketing experience   - Knowledge and experience of Market Research methodolgy, consumer insight generation tools, brand health metrics, product and packaging development cycles, understanding of financial & distribution metrics and levers to drive improvement.   - Ability to drive, evaluate and optimize ATL and BTL spends.   Essential Qualifications:  - MBA from a premier B-school.  IMPORTANT- Experience in FMCG is mandatory.
