Tata Digital - Strategy & Planning Role - President Office - IIT/IIM/ISB

The President's Office works directly with the President, Tata Digital, and the leadership teams of Tata Digital & its group companies. This role is designed to give comprehensive exposure to the candidate to various facets of strategy & operations with a steep learning curve and intended to transition into a business leadership role within a couple of years.

Responsibilities :

- Work on complex and time-critical projects from ideation to implementation

- Distil insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics

- Collaborate with different functions within the organization on business-critical projects - work with stakeholders across levels to deliver on tight execution plans

Qualifications :

- MBA / undergrad from tier-1 - IIT/IIM/ISB

- Mandatory: 1-2 years of post-MBA experience in the top tier (MBB/Kearney) consulting, investment banking, VC/PE firms, or in a Product Management role with a leading consumer internet company

- Comfort with excel & experience in building financial models

- Knowledge of querying & visualization tools

- Comfort with ambiguity

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
