Desired Experience &amp; Attributes : - CA with 3+ years of relevant work experience- preferably in Big4 - Strong analytical &amp; problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Ability to readily adapt to and lead through changing environment - Experience in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statement and MIS - Experience in planning, executing, and closing internal and external audits - Good knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and controls - Good knowledge of Internal financial control (IFC) - Knowledge of accounting ERP Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Support the business performance by delivering reliable financial statements. - Preparation of periodical MIS Reports. - Manage reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and accounting. - Oversee the internal control within the company to ensure the reliability of the financial statement. - Coordinate audit activities and ensure corrective actions coming from audit reports are implemented. - Ensure local tax compliance. - Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
