Experience and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from a top tier institution

- Exposure to tools like Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI etc.

- Experience with statistical analysis, regression modelling and forecasting, data mining, dynamic pricing, demand modelling, customer/product segmentation

- Experience with e-commerce, retail or marketing analytics would be an advantage

- Excellent critical thinking, curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions through data driven and structured approach

- Strong written, verbal, presentation and influencing skills

- Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills

- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Role & Responsibilities

- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format

- Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing

- Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities

- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools.
