Tata Cleantech Capital Limited - Head - Debt Syndication

Key Responsibilities :

- TCCL is looking for an Head Syndication with 15-20 years of experience to join its Origination team at the offices in Mumbai.

- The candidate will be primarily responsible for the handling debt syndication deals in the in the various infrastructure sectors that TCCL currently operates in. S/he will manage a portfolio of debt and structured finance investments in institutions with in the space of Infrastructure finance across India

She/he Will Be Responsible For :

- Working on debt syndication transactions for clients.

- Understanding their debt requirements and work on proposals for various investors which include Private and Public Sector Banks and NBFCs

- Tracking financial and operational performance of clients on an on-going basis

- Closely interact with the sales and credit team on various deals

- She/he must possess excellent financial analysis skills (MBA or Masters in Finance or a CA), strong written and oral communication skills (which will be tested at the recruitment stage), a desire to continually innovate, improvise and add value, and a sound understanding of financial services.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum Qualification : An MBA in Finance from a top-20 institution, or CFA (all levels passed).

- Minimum Experience : 10-15 experience in syndications, credit analysis, equity research, credit research, or corporate finance (banks, NBFCs, investment funds, or rating agencies).

Skills :

- Strong relationship with PSU and Pvt banks

- Strong financial analysis skill needed

- Must be personable and presentable. Eloquence will be a bonus

- Fluency in English, written and oral required.

- Willingness to participate in field visits to our clients across the country to understand the business and operational model.

- Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Undertake all other duties and projects as may be assigned from time to time
