Key Objective of the Job:   - Risk Monitoring and Surveillance  - Coordination with Branches and Institutional Dealers  Major Deliverables:  - Monitoring trades and market movements.  - Monitoring and tracking the margin positions and liquidation positions as and when required and following the trigger mechanism as defined.  - Tracking margin shortfalls and MTM in the F&O segment closely and coordinating with the branches to replenish margins  - Tracking portfolio behavior through various reports like aging reports, debit reports and Risk Reports  - Reporting any breach of triggers / controls as specified from time to time  - Creating MIS on a decided frequency and sending relevant reports to senior management  - Following all back up processes in case of emergencies thus ensuring minimal downtime for the business  - Liaison with IT on systems related issues, testing, development etc.  - Any other work as may be assigned from time to time  Specialized job competencies:  - Practical knowledge of Risk Management in Capital markets, specifically for Equity, Exchange Traded Derivatives and Currency Derivatives  - Good knowledge about overall industry & future potential & trends  - Understanding of various products & market segments  - Good team player and self starter  Educational Qualifications:   - Minimum Graduate (professional degree preferred). Requisite certification from NCFM, NISM mandatory.  Desired Experience:  - 3 - 5 years experience in a risk function with a stock broking company  Other desired attributes:  - Clear understanding of systems & processes  - Strong decision making skills  - Problem Solving skills  - Strong Excel Skills   - Analytical skills
