Key Objective of the Job:

- To prepare and analyse the Financial & Operational performance of the CF&AB Business encompassing various legal entities

Major Deliverables:

- Drive operational enhancements which would involve identification, development of business case, provide system requirements if any, implementation and then monitor the performance of the process enhancement

- Manage New product/process introductions initiated by various product groups by charting out the process maps, control elements of the process, reporting and the release notes related to the process

- Prepare Annual Operations Budget and provide budgetary analysis versus actual

- Prepare monthly Operation Deck for management review

- Drive KRI tracking and scorecard development of the operational parameters, periodically review the parameters and then constantly aligning the risk parameters to the prevalent business scenario

Specialized job competencies:

- Extremely good analytical and documentation skills

- Exposure in driving process excellence with Project management skills

- Technical competence with advanced MS Excel/ Access/ PowerPoint skills

- Good communication and networking skills

- Confidence to interact with Senior management

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate + Chartered accountant or MBA ( Finance ).

Desired Experience:

- 4 - 7 Years of overall experience in BFSI sector, in process excellence, project management and Business planning preferably from an Asset Finance background

- Ability to work on set targets & deliver within stipulated deadlines

- Ability to work under pressure and take stretch targets

- Ownership, drive and Initiative in performance of responsibilities
