Key Objective of the Job : To create drive the Social Media Strategy for the Brand and Business.
Major Deliverables :
- Co-create and drive the execution of Tata Capital's brand strategy, towards measurable and relevant brand and business goals.
- Create and execute effective brand campaigns for the corporate brand and key products, across ATL/BTL communication.
- Develop a deep understanding of the core target consumer through research and help measure brand awareness, salience and other key metrics.
Specialized job competencies :
- In-depth exposure to brand building, including strategy and brand measurement.
- Ability to create and drive unique and clutter-breaking campaigns, including creative development, media planning across B2C and B2B customer segments.
- Understanding of financial services and its various customer segments, products and services.
