Tata Capital - Senior Manager/AVP - MIS & Automation

- Experience in designing and developing Senior Management Dashboards covering KPIs of all the critical functions. Thorough understanding of the Asset Business and the related key performance matrices.

- Interact with different Business Users to understand their Reporting and data requirements.

- Strong understanding of the data structures, data warehouse and enterprise reporting tools.

- Past experience in managing 3-4 members team. Prioritization of the work.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and form liaison between business and technical architects and developers.

Major Deliverables :

- Design Dashboard for MD, Business Head to monitor Business Performance

- Monitor KPIs of Sales, Collection, Credit, Risk, Operations, etc.

- Automation of the MIS reports using ETL Tools

- Interact with Business users across the functions to design the reports

- Interact with IT team for automation and data flow design

- Design Function level datamarts and central data warehouse along with IT and other stakeholders

- Collaboration with external Vendors and internal IT Team

- Support ad-hoc data extraction/analysis requests from business users

- Process Automation

- Support Regulatory Reporting

- Managing Internal Stakeholders

Would prefer candidates with : 6-9 Yrs of experience in Indian BFSI Sector (Preferably in Retail Finance)

- Data/Financial Process Orientation
