Key Objective of the Job :

- As part of the central corporate legal team, advising businesses and functions on legal issues

Major Deliverables :

- Advise businesses and functions on legal and regulatory aspects and resolving their queries

- Drafting & Vetting of Agreements, transaction documents, deeds, term sheets, MOUs, etc

- Interpretation of laws and regulations and advising on their applicability

- Assisting the Head Legal & Compliance / Business Head with the nuances of the structured transaction from legal point of view

- Contributing and taking initiatives in studying various Laws and Regulations

Specialized Job competencies :

- Understanding legal aspects related to lending to corporate and retail segments

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent drafting skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Good command over written and spoken English

- Updated legal knowledge

Educational Qualification: LLB / LLM

Desired Experience :

- Minimum Five years experience in legal Department of financial services/ reputed law firm or banking sector Company

Other desired attributes :

- SEBI / FEMA / Capital Market & Structured Products

- A system & process oriented approach

- Should be open to new ideas and bring Best Practices to the organization
