Key Objectives of the Job Evaluation of infrastructure project finance transactions

Major Deliverables :

- Tracking of all developments in the infrastructure sector, in which TCCL operates; to analyse impact on TCCL of any such development and update the same to the appropriate authority;

- Preparation of various reports on sectors, groups and portfolio

- Financial modelling and evaluation of financial projections on various parameters to be able to take decision on big-ticket transactions

- Detailed due diligence and evaluation of Infrastructure Finance proposals

- Proposing terms of the loan, based on detailed assessment; Identification of suitable mitigants and negotiating the same with the business team;

- Recommendation/rejection of transaction

- Deal structuring and credit enhancement

- Working in an integrated manner with other teams of the organization to maximize efficiency in evaluation of deals

- Be an industry expert in the Infrastructure Finance business
