Job Role :

Leading the risk vertical for Construction Finance, Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) in terms of annual and interim credit reviews including assessment of lending proposals, compliance with regulatory guidelines, exposure analysis, product and counter party stress testing.

- Regular monitoring of portfolio to assess the health, segmentation, and diversification

- Streamlining processes and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
