Tata Capital - Senior Collection Manager

Key Objective of the Job :

Responsible for managing the collection process of the region and ensuring that cluster are over dues are within trigger levels.

Major Deliverables :

- Ensure that the NPAs of the region are kept at minimum trigger levels

- Ensure that roll forward rates to higher buckets are kept within defined parameters

- Ensure that all the agencies in the region perform as per defined SLA

- Ensure that the team adheres to the defined processes and policies while dealing with delinquent customers

- Timely MIS reporting to all concerned.

- Ensuring low employee attrition levels in the region

- Providing support to the sales team and credit team in identifying negative areas and negative profiles in the cluster

- Advising the sales team on the fraudulent cases in the market and taking preventive action with the support of the branch manager

- Knowledge about competitor policies & assist the senior team in defining a suitable collection policy & trigger mechanism for catering to the target customer

- Providing support to the sales team in identifying correct channel partners in synch with TATA Capital philosophy

Salary Range: 10 - 12 LPA
