Purpose of Role :

- Overall responsibility of the Business Loan for the designated location

- Responsible for smooth functioning & importance of business loan as a business pillar and source business contributing to profitability of CFAB per targets set.

Major Deliverables :

- Developing and nurturing corporate relationships

- Penetration of sourcing from large corporate/developers

- Direct Business (DST) business expansion

- Control on cost of acquisition

- To meet the Business/sales targets for the region on monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Volume(nos), MS (%) and Turnover( Rs).Corporate Relation development.

- To coordinate and ensure the collection Targets on Daily, weekly and monthly basis.

- Timely FI and disbursement of finance to the customers

- To do appraisal/ Review of performance of TCFSL's team in the region.

- Target achievement

- Customer satisfaction level

- Build client relationship internal and external.

Specialized job competencies :

- Clear understanding of system, product & process

Educational Qualification : Graduate with Management Qualification

Desired Experience :

- Minimum 6-8 years experience in various aspects of selling & distribution of financial services products. (Business Loans)

Desired attributes :

- Knowledge about statutory compliance & local market procedure

Salary : Upto 10 LPA
