Major Deliverables :

- Formulating / executing debt resolution strategy for various types of advances. This includes follow up / persuasion with the borrower for payment/ settlement in a way that the losses are minimized.

- Enforcement of security through SARFAESI/ DRT etc.

- Handling the regular accounts i.e monitor/ track the customers on regular basis.

- Liasoning and developing contacts with lawyers and law firms in the various locations where litigations and recovery proceedings are initiated.

- Liasoning with Customers, Respective Sales persons, back office, operations team etc. for necessary information and papers.

- Knowledge management pertaining to various new laws, amendments, case laws etc. and circulating the same for the benefit of stakeholders.

- Sale of distressed assets to ARCs, Banks and other NBFCs.
