Key Objective of the Job:

Acquire and build customer base for the leasing business of TATA Capital, revenue generation as per the plan and policies of the Company.

Major Deliverables:

- Number of new accounts added, maintained & built for business

- Building the business for the location / area of control

- Build and maintain customers for Leasing and other cross sales

- Maintaining the revenue expectation as per plan

- Fee Income

- Maximizing share of wallet of the customer

- Maintaining healthy portfolio – Zero delinquency

Specialized job competencies:

- Strong sales and relationship management skills with experience in corporate relationship management.

- Knowledge of Leasing and General Banking Product and Operations would be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of general banking/ RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms

- Financial project evaluation, credit and analytical skills

- Good communication and Interpersonal skills

- Negotiation skills.

- Must be a team player

- Computer literate in MS Office

- Proficient in both spoken and written English

Educational Qualification : B.E with MBA specialization of Marketing

Desired Experience : 8 – 10 years of experience in Leasing business
