Key Objective of the Job :
- Acquire and build customer base for the leasing business (Capital Goods / Medical Equipment / IT / Commercial Equipment Sales) of TATA Capital, revenue generation as per the plan and policies of the Company.
Major Deliverables :
- Number of new accounts added, maintained & built for business
- Building the business for the location / area of control
- Build and maintain customers for Leasing and other cross sales
- Maintaining the revenue expectation as per plan
- Fee Income
- Maximizing share of wallet of the customer
- Maintaining healthy portfolio - Zero delinquency
Specialized job competencies :
- Strong sales and relationship management skills with experience in corporate relationship management.
- Knowledge of Leasing and General Banking Product and Operations would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of general banking/ RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms
- Financial project evaluation, credit and analytical skills
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills.
- Must be a team player
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
Educational Qualification :
- B.E with MBA specialization of Marketing
Desired Experience :
- 3- 5 years of experience in Leasing business
Other desired attributes :
- Building Long-term Relations
- Analyze and improve work processes and policies.
- Turn around time to be maintained.
