Key Objective of the Job:

- Drive structured finance product deals - end to end execution of the deals

Major Deliverables:

- Executing structured finance deals for Commercial Finance business. This will involve working on all facets of a deal - term sheet finalization, negotiations with institutional syndicators and clients, credit processes, presentations, legal documentation and post sanction disbursal process and post disbursal monitoring processes. Some of the functions will involve working with cross functional teams across the organization. The key result areas emanating out of this deliverable shall be growth in book size growth, net interest income and fee income.

- Working with sales teams across India for execution of deals where individual deal size is over a stipulated level. Such deals will typically large in nature and hence the turn-around time for the customer will be the key differentiator. The key result areas emanating out of this deliverable shall be volume of deals executed (number and size) and fee income.

- Identifying and working on opportunities for fee income - syndication / asset sell down / warehousing / advisory, etc

- Sourcing business from clients / institutional syndicators

- Maintenance of portfolio quality - NIL NPAs and Average overdue below 7 days. Maintenance of portfolio quality is the first and foremost responsibility of any manager managing a portfolio. The norms stipulated have to be adhered to in the strictest manner.

Educational Qualification:

- CA / CFA / MBA

- 6 - 7 years in corporate lending / structured finance
