Direct Reports: Sales

Indirect Reports: Functional teams

Purpose of Role :

- Overall responsibility to grow the Home Equity Business for the designated region.

- Responsible for smooth functioning & importance of Home Equity Loan as a business pillar and source business contributing to profitability of CFAB as per targets set.

Major Deliverables :

- Develop distribution model which should be cost effective and helpful in growing business rapidly

- DSA business expansion

- Control on cost of acquisition

- To meet the Business/sales targets for the region on monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Volume(nos.), MS (%) and Turnover( Rs).

- To coordinate and ensure the collection Targets on Daily, weekly and monthly basis.

- Timely FI and disbursement of finance to the customers

- To do appraisal/ Review of performance of TCFSL's team in the region.

- Target achievement

- Customer satisfaction level

- Build client relationship internal and external.

Specialized job competencies :

- Established man management skills

- Clear understanding of systems & processes

- Capability of running the region as a profit centre head

- Ability to identify talent & nurture it

Educational Qualification : Graduate with Management Qualification

Desired Experience :

- Minimum 10-12 years experience in various aspects of selling & distribution of financial services products.

- At least 2-3 years experience in managing a large team (as against supervisory experience)

Desired attributes :

- Knowledge about statutory compliance & local market procedures

- Knowledge about handling teams & motivating them

- Knowledge of local customer preferences, geographic nuances and financial services industry peculiarities in the local territory
