Job Description - Regional Manager - Alternate Channels - Sales
- Sourcing & Empanelment of Channel Partners (DSA/Consultant) for business sourcing in Mid & Emerging Corporates for respective region.
- Managing Relationship with Channel Partners and increasing the Channel Partner Productivity.
- Ensuing the Business Volumes through Channel Partners aligned with Budgeted Numbers of Business Team.
- Ensuring active participation of Channel Partners in referring cases to TCL on regular basis.
- Planning & executing CRM activities for Channel Partners of respective Region.
- Planning the adequacy level of Channel Partners (empanelment) as per Budgeted Manpower for the respective region.
- Co-ordination with internal teams Business, Credit & Ops to ensure TAT in end to end processing of case sourced thru Channel Partner.
- Handling service related issues of Channel Partners and ensuring TAT in resolution.
- Identification and Tie-up with Corporates in respective region for souring Corporate Linked Business.
- Identification & Tie-up with Specialized Channel Partner (Brokerage houses etc.) for Specialized Product (LAS/ LRD)
