Proposed Immediate Superior:

Grade: M3/M4

Key Objective of the Job:

- Real Estate Investment as a lucrative option for WPD Customers and a sizeable revenue generating Product within the WPD Products Basket

- Creating Real Estate structure products and NCDs with the various developers.

- Build Expertise within the Sales Team on RE Investment through Knowledge sharing

- Able to prepare with detailed insights on Real Estate Market Reports for Sales Team

- Proper due diligence done and evaluate the projects and builders

Major Deliverables:

- Rate Negotiation with the Real estate

- Design Real Estate linked Buy Back structures by coordinating with reputed Builders

- Create Real estate NCDs with the developers for the niche clients

- Proper due diligence done and evaluate the projects and builders

Specialized job competencies:

Thorough Knowledge of Real Estate Industry and sound Financial Knowledge to design RE Structures and NCDs.

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate

Desired Experience - 4 to 5 years
