Key Objective of the Job :

- Handle the operations related activities of Commercial Finance Business.

Major Deliverables :

- Handle the Operations related activity of Commercial Finance Business.

- Maintain the TAT as per the agreed norms

- Continuous improvement in the processes and ensuring the industry best services

- Custodian of the documentation and its maintenance

- Ensuring in co-ordination with the sales team for PDD collections on time..

- Sharing of best practices across regions

- Audit response and preparedness for the same at all time

- All statutory and regulatory compliances to be adhered to

- MIS Reports.

- Monitor and guide team members for the desired output / productivity

- Provide advisory services to the key customers - INTERNAL / EXTERNAL

- Handling of the Customer related queries and complaints with on time response as per TAT

- Ensuring stationary stock at each of the locations handled in the region

- 3 - 5 years experience in operations

- Understanding Financial Parameters, Ratios, Risk associated with each deal

- Legal understanding for lending business

- Post Disbursal Account Monitoring
