Key Objective of the Job :
We are looking for a Candidate with an interest and caliber to become a Trainer/ training manager to support in the following :
- Help BHR in devising L & D Strategy
- Maintain L&D MIS, Analysis and L&D related Communication
- Plan, Execute and able to conduct classroom/ outdoor Training programs
Major Deliverables :
- Design & implement training plan for the FY based on TNI
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectation of Employee Groups.
- Develop and organize training manuals and other training materials.
- Conduct or schedule behavioral & functional training programs for all rural finance employees.
- Conduct Induction sessions for new hires.
- Maintain MIS for all training programs conducted
- Responsible for training related coordination
- Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
Specialized job competencies :
- Experience in Product Process Training
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively to remote locations
Educational Qualification : Graduate / PG in any discipline
Desired Experience : 3-5 years in Training (functional or Behavioral)
Location : Thane
Number of Positions : 1
Candidate Should be Ready to travel extensively to small locations
Must be good in speaking Hindi, though not at the discount of work-level English knowledge.
Good in PowerPoint & XL.
CTC : 6 to 8 LPA
