Key Objective of the Job:

- To maintain & improve the health of the portfolio thru various legal and collection tools & process

Major Deliverables:

- Collection of over dues and build processes to ensure money due comes in time and regularly

- Follow up for all collection related activities

- Thorough knowledge of legal (Civil, Criminal, Arbitration, N.I. Act etc)

- Knowledge in handling cases in litigation

- Follow up for creation of security

- Follow up for creation of Charge

- Preparation of MIS and circulation

- Computer literate in MS Office

Educational Qualification: Graduate / MBA

- 4-6 years experience in Corporate lending collections

- Turn around time to be maintained.

- Progressive & should be hands on collection related process

- Individual with basic knowledge on Legal & documentation

- Individual who has local market knowledge & net working
