Position & Team : Litigation Manager & SAMG - Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd.

Qualification : LL.B/LL.M

Grade : M-2 or M-3

Years of Experience : 2-3 years

Reporting : Head Legal- SAMG

Function : Litigation & Recovery

Job Requirements :

- Experience of having worked in NBFCs or Banks in the litigation team, preferably corporate loan recoveries or with an advocate or law firm representing NBFCs or Banks for recovery related litigation.

- Thoroughly grounded in the issue of notices to defaulting customers and preparing replies to letters issued by defaulting customers.

- Should be well versed with Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and all the incidental court related actions pursuant thereto.

- Should have handled Cheque Dishonour/ECS Dishnour 138 matters.

- Should have handled actions under SARFAESI for enforcement of security and also DRT and DRAT litigations.

- Well versed in court and tribunal procedures.

- Well versed in the use of computers and also maintaining of MISes.

- Willing to travel for enforcement of security and also handling litigations pan India.

- Organised in maintaining of files and papers.

- Should have a reasonable commercial understanding.

- Solution oriented.

- Good research skills.

- Updated on the latest legal developments.

- Good command over English language both written and spoken.

- Should be a dedicated team player.

- Willing to stretch in terms of time, as and when the need arises.

- Should be able to liaise with lawyers and law firms engaged by the company.

- Positive attitude.
