Tata Capital - Management Trainee - CA

Key Objective of the Job :

To support management in strengthening controls / adding value through process enhancements, we request your support in allocating a CA /Management trainee for a stint of a year or 2 with IAD post which this person can be deputed to appropriate business / operations position. We will provide on job training to this person via exposures in Portfolio and other critical HO function reviews and at agreed point of time he may be transferred to business

Major Deliverables :

The assistant will be responsible for executing the audits as per the audit plan and providing the following services:

- Obtaining system reports and data requirements prior to audits

- Analyze data prior to audits for pre-audit planning

- Ensure smooth coordination with the process owners and timely completion of audits

- Visit sites, if necessary

- Ensure internal audit methodology is consistently applied and documented

- Collating data and information for the Business Review Meetings

- Provide inputs to Head - Internal Audit for Monthly meetings / Steering committee / Pre AC and AC Meetings

Specialized job competencies :

- Ability to use MS Office Suite

- Ability to use Audit Management System

- Ability to maintain highest level of integrity and confidentiality

- Effective Verbal and communication skills

- Basic understanding of Accounting Standards, RBI Regulations, and IIA Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.

- Ability to development and demonstrate the effective use of financial systems/ analytical tools to facilitate the execution of risk-based audits

Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Desired Experience : Fresher / 1 year + experience
