Key Objective of the Job:

- Ensuring legally compliant Agreements and Documentation in Corporate Lending

Major Deliverables:

- Drafting & Vetting of Facility Documents

- Liasoning with Customers & Respective Sales Heads for necessary information and papers

- Assisting the Legal In-Charge / Business the nuances of the deal from legal point of view

- Contributing and taking initiatives in studying various deals already done and putting up for review

Specialized job competencies:

- Understanding Legal aspects related to lending to SMEs / MMEs / Large Corporates / Project Finance

- Good knowledge of general banking/ RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms & all other relevant legal matters

- Banking Product and Operations would be an added advantage.

- Legal Aspects of Loan & Investment Products

- SEBI / FEMA / Capital Market & Structured Products

- Investment related documentation and litigation experience

- A system & process oriented approach

- Should set excellent standards for himself & the team

- Good team player

- Should be open to new ideas and bring Best Practices to the organization

- Computer literate in MS Office

- Proficient in both spoken and written English

Educational Qualification:

- LLB / LLM with a minimum of 7 to 12 yrs of Experience IN Corporate Lending Legal team

Desired Experience:

- Legal Aspects of Loan & Investment Products

- SEBI / FEMA / Capital Market & Structured Products

- Investment related documentation and litigation experience

- A system & process oriented approach

- Should set excellent standards for himself & the team

- Experience in Mortgage Lending
