Job Description:
- Driving end-to end PAN India Campus Hiring Programs
- Developing and designing the Campus recruitment policies and processes
- Visiting Tier 3- Tier 4 campus for hiring and onboarding
- This would include 120-150 hirings in a year.
- Conducting Campus Interviews- Company Presentation, Group discussion and Personal Interview
- Includes extensive travelling
